EINS TOPFMAHL - HOLLAND 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. bacon
1 (16 oz.) can pork & beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can butter limas, drained
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. liquid smoke or Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 onion, chopped

Brown hamburger; drain fat. Fry bacon. When done, cook onion in grease; drain fat. Mix hamburger, bacon, and onion. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cook slowly on low heat at 275 degrees for 1 to 2 hours or in crock pot 4 to 9 hours.
