RHUBARB CAKE 
3 to 4 c. rhubarb, cut sm.
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. cake mix

Put rhubarb in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb. Sprinkle Jello over sugar. Place marshmallows over Jello. Prepare cake mix as directed and pour over top. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Serves 15.
