RHUBARB CAKE 
4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 (3 oz.) box Jello, cherry or strawberry
1 box white cake mix
1 stick butter

Layer rhubarb, sugar, water and Jello. Sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture. Put 1 stick or butter, cut in small slices over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
