CABBAGE AND NUT SALAD 
10 ml. lemon juice/vinegar
45 ml. olive oil
5 cloves garlic, crushed
5 ml. salted peanuts
15 ml. pistachio nuts
15 ml. chopped walnuts
2 onions, chopped
1 sm. white cabbage
1 sm. red cabbage
Chopped chives
30 ml. sour cream

Mix lemon juice (or vinegar), olive oil and garlic, and add nuts and onions. Slice cabbage and blanch (put into cold water and just bring to boil and drain). Toss cabbage, while still hot, in the dressing and leave for an hour. Then add chopped chives and sour cream, stir, just before serving.
