2 lb. ground beef
Salt
2 eggs
Mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
Tabasco sauce
1 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Blend thoroughly and pack into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove and top with cheese slices and return to oven until cheese melts.
