ITALIAN MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1 slice bread in 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
8 to 10 stuffed olives, sliced thin
Salt & pepper to taste
Sm. can tomato puree
Canned Parmesan cheese
Garlic salt

Combine all ingredients except tomato puree, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Mix well. Mold into loaf in greased pan, or you can just mold into loaf (no pan). Ice the loaf (just like cake icing) with the puree. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
