PARMESAN MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 egg 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 3/4 c. bread crumbs 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. chopped parsley Mix beef, egg, cheese and bread crumbs. Using a teaspoon, form into small balls and brown in skillet. Mix soup and water. Pour over meatballs in skillet. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. |
