CRANBERRY SALAD (RELISH) 
2 pkgs. fresh frozen cranberries
1 sm. pkg. Jello (strawberry)
1 med. orange (navel or remove seeds)
1 c. sugar
2 med. red apples, cored, not peeled
1 c. walnuts

Chop the cranberries in a food processor. Stir in sugar. Chop apples, orange and walnuts, then stir into the cranberries. Add Jello, only with the amount of hot water needed. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until the Jello sets.
