1/4 c. + 2 tsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Betty Crocker chocolate fudge creamy frosting mix
3 c. granola (any flavor)
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Heat milk and butter in 3 quart sauce pan until butter is melted and mixture JUST begins to simmer. Remove from heat.

Stir in frosting mix (dry). Heat over low heat, stirring constantly with rubber scraper until smooth and glossy - 1-2 minutes. Do NOT overcook.

Stir in granola thoroughly. Cool 2-3 minutes.

Stir in marshmallows - just until coated. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper. Cool 1 hour. Makes 3 dozen clusters.
