SWEET & SOUR HAM 
1 1/2 oz. butter
1 oz. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. red currant or apple jelly (jam)
1-2 tsp. prepared mustard
Pepper
1 lb. diced ham

Put butter, brown sugar, vinegar and jelly in a frying pan and stir over gentle heat until a smooth sauce is formed. Add mustard and pepper. Add the ham and heat through gently. Optional: Could add a little Worcestershire sauce or Tabasco sauce. Good served with noodles, green beans and tomatoes.
