OVEN STYLE SLICED POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes
4 tbsp. butter
2 sm. garlic bulbs, minced
1/2 tsp. (heaping) dried thyme
1 tbsp. chopped or grated onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Peel potatoes, drop into a bowl of cold water for 15 minutes. Slice each potato 1 inch thick. Line a 5 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan covered with foil. Distribute butter (sliced thinly), garlic, thyme, and onion over foil. Heat in 450 degree oven until butter is melted. Stir well. Drain potato slices and dry with a paper towel.

Arrange slices above butter and herb mix; turning to coat both sides. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven - drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes.
