COFFEE CAKE 
BATTER:

1/4 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add sour cream. Beat through. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat sifted dry ingredients. Add vanilla. Pour one half batter into greased 8"x8" glass pan, add half topping and swirl with knife. Add remaining batter and remaining topping on top of batter. Swirl and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
