STRAWBERRY NUT SALAD | |
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 1 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice 3 med. bananas, mashed 1 c. chopped nuts 1 pt. sour cream 12 x 18" dish Combine Jello and boiling water. Fold in nuts and other ingredients. Pour 1/2 the mixture in dish and let set. Evenly spread sour cream over mixture in the dish. Pour remaining mixture on top of the sour cream layer. Refrigerate until serving time. Chatham, NJ |
