1 sm. onion
1 can corn
2 c. mash potatoes
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Spoon onto buttered griddle until brown, approximately 10 minutes on each side. Makes 12 cakes.
