3/4 c. cornmeal
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. honey
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. creamed corn
1/4 c. oil
4 tbsp. milk

Stir together all dry ingredients. Beat together liquids and add to dry ingredients. Grease 8 inch square pan or muffin pan (12). Bake at 425 degrees 20-25 minutes or muffins 15-20 minutes.
