CORN CAKE 
1 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn, well drained

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Add rest of ingredients. Stir together. Grease 9 x 9-inch baking dish and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
