SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. squash, cooked
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. sharp cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® buttermilk salad dressing mix
1 c. mayonnaise
12 crackers, crumpled
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all together in large casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
