CAROLINA CORN DOGS 
3/4 c. self rising flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. onion, chopped finely
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. self rising cornmeal
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. wieners

Mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, mustard, and onion together. Combine egg and milk; mix with dry ingredients. Roll frankfurters in dough mixture. Fry in deep hot fat until golden brown. Drain.
