1 head lettuce
2 carrots, sliced
6 radishes, sliced
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. ground beef, browned

Melt cheese and stir Ro-tel tomatoes in. Pour over tossed salad topped with browned ground beef.
