COLD BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli, chopped
1 sm. red onion, sliced
3/4 c. raisins or dried cherries
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
3/4 c. sunflower seeds (opt.)

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix dressing a day ahead to blend flavors. Pour dressing over other ingredients just before serving.
