COLD BROCCOLI AND MOZZARELLA
SALAD
 
2 bunches of broccoli (use only the florets, not stalks)
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 sm. onion, diced

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar

Combine broccoli, bacon, cheese and onion in a 13 x 9 inch glass dish. Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over salad 15 minutes before serving.
