SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Onion

Brown meat, onion. Add salt and pepper. Drain kraut and combine all ingredients. Add 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Place in casserole. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
