SAUERKRAUT WITH APPLESAUCE AND
SAUSAGE
 
1 lb. can sauerkraut
1/2 c. applesauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 cans Vienna sausage
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. caraway seed
1/2 stick butter

Combine all ingredients except the sausage. Mix well. Cut sausage in half and fold into the mixture. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
