SAUSAGE AND SAUERKRAUT (KOLBASZ
SAVANYUKAPOSZTA)
 
1 qt. sauerkraut
1 qt. tomatoes
1 lb. Kolbasz or fried sausage
1 lb. noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Enough butter to put on top here and there
Some paprika

Brown sausage in skillet. Cook noodles in salty water. Drain noodles, sausage, and sauerkraut, put them in layers in a greased dish and then pour the tomatoes over and add some salt and pepper if you want.

Cover with bread crumbs and dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. NOTE: This is also good if you want to put some corn in, if you like corn.
