MIKE'S MARVELOUS MAPLE WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings (split at joint, discard tips)
chopped parsley. for garnish (optional)

MARINADE:

16 oz. "REAL" maple syrup (not Mrs. Butterworths!)
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 or 3 cloves chopped garlic

Combine all marinade ingredients. Wash and pat dry chicken wings. Put the wings in the marinade and let sit in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.

Bake chicken in a shallow oven-safe dish at 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes.

Enjoy while warm!
