4 c. mashed yams
1/3 c. honey
4 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk, enough to make thick consistency

Mix well. Pour into greased casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven and add topping.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick butter

Melt butter, add corn flakes, nuts, and sugar. Spread over potatoes. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
