SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 yams
1/4 c. butter
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. honey
12 dates, cut up
8 lg. marshmallows

Cook potatoes until soft. Peel and combine all ingredients, except sugar, honey and marshmallows.

Beat until creamy. Place in baking dish and sprinkle into sugar and honey. Press in marshmallows. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown, about 35 minutes.
