Cake: 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 sticks butter 2 tbsp. cocoa 1 c. coca cola 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows Sift flour, and sugar in a bowl and set aside. In a sauce pan mix cola, cocoa, and butter and bring to a boiling point. Pour hot mixture over flour and sugar and then add soda, salt, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Fold in marshmallows. Batter will be thin and marshmallows will float to the top. Bake in 9 x 13 pan for 30 - 35 minutes at 350°F. Topping: 1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. cocoa 6 tbsp. coca cola 1 lb. box powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts Mix butter, cocoa, and cola in a saucepan and bring to boiling point. Pour hot mixture over powdered sugar. Mix with mixer until smooth, and then add nuts and vanilla. Pour over cake while still warm. | |

Always find great recipes at cooks.com. Went to the Coca Cola website but reviews for their recipe were mostly very negative so I went to my favorite cooks.com website and found this one and it was excellent just like my mother used to make.
