FROZEN BREAD CINNAMON ROLLS | |
2 loaves frozen bread dough 1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant) 2 tbsp. milk 2 tsp. cinnamon THAW THE FROZEN BREAD DOUGH! Spray with Pam cooking spray before thawing. (Option: Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Turn off oven. Place frozen bread dough in oven for 2 hours.) Pick apart 1 loaf (about the size of a walnut pieces). Place them in a 9 x 13 inch pan. There will be holes. Then melt the butter, stir in brown sugar, milk, cinnamon and pudding. Stir well. Pour half of this mixture over the pieces of dough. Break up the second loaf of dough. Fill in the holes, etc., cover with the rest of the sugar mixture. Set aside to raise until it has raised to just below the top of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
