RICE CURRY 
1-1 1/4 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. oil
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. curry powder
1 c. water
White rice, cooked

Brown round steak in oil. Add onion, salt, curry powder and water. Cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring often; add a small amount of extra water, if needed. Serve over hot white rice. Makes 4 servings.
