CURRY SAUCE 
1 c. butter
2 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. minced dried onions
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 to 4 lbs. pork chops or steaks

Heat thoroughly and use to baste or braise on pork chops, steaks, etc. Bake or simmer with pork chops like normal preparations.
