FANTASTIC CHILI 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. ground beef
2/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans (including liquid)
1/2 to 1 c. tomato juice
2 to 3 tsp. chili powder

Saute onion in butter. Add beef; brown lightly. Drain excess fat. Add ingredients except kidney beans, tomato juice and chili powder. Simmer, covered for 30 minutes or longer to blend flavors. Add last 3 ingredients and simmer until serving time. Each time it is warmed up, it gets better!!
