RHUBARB JAM 
4 c. rhubarb
1 pkg. Jello, strawberry, cherry or raspberry
4 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Cut up rhubarb and combine with sugar; let set 2 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. Boil 10 minutes; add pineapple and boil 5-7 minutes more. Remove from heat and add Jello. Pour into jar and seal.
