HONG-KONG HASH 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. raw rice
1/8 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. bean sprouts

Brown meat in oil, add celery, onions, mushroom soup and 3/4 cup warm water. Stir in pepper, rice, bean sprouts and soy sauce and turn into greased casserole. Cook in moderate 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour covered then uncover and cook 1/2 hour longer.
