MEXICAN HASH 
1 med. chopped onion
Salt and pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. hamburger
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
2 (15 oz.) cans Texas style beans (pinto beans)

Saute onion in large pot sprayed with Pam. Add hamburger and brown, stirring frequently. Drain grease off. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chilies, tomato sauce and beans. Add water to achieve desired consistency, usually 1/2 to 1 cup. Cook slowly for about 1 hour.
