SKILLET CHICKEN AND WILD RICE | |
2 1/4 c. water 2 c. cut up cooked chicken 1/3 c. milk 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (6 oz.) pkg. seasoned long grain & wild rice Mix all ingredients in 10" skillet. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, 25 to 30 minutes. 6 servings. |
