SEASONED RICE AND CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
3 c. cubed chicken (or turkey)
1 c. milk
1 c. water (or broth)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. chopped celery
8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
4 oz. can mushrooms
2 oz. can pimento
6 oz. pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® seasoned long grain & wild rice mix

Combine milk, water and soups. Whisk, and add rest of ingredients. Mix well and put in an ungreased 3 quart dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir, and bake uncovered 30-45 minutes longer. Stir once more half way through cooking time.
