PINEAPPLE AND COCONUT PARTY
FRUIT DIP
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2/3 c. (5 oz. can) undiluted evaporated milk
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add evaporated milk and vanilla. Blend. Add rest and refrigerate. Serve as a dip for fruit.
