GLAZED CHICKEN 
2 lbs. boneless chicken, cut into bite size pieces
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. salad or sesame oil
1 c. Burgundy wine
1/3 c. soy sauce (Kikkomen)
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger (powder)
1/8 tsp. garlic powder (or fresh minced)
2 tsp. cornstarch

Brown chicken in butter and salad oil. Remove chicken. Stir in mixed wine, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic and cornstarch. Cook until thickened. Add chicken pieces. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add your favorite veggies 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
