SALMON BALL 
1 lb. can pink salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Liquid Smoke (only a drop)
1 tbsp. minced parsley

Mix all ingredients; form into a ball. Chill and roll to cover ball with 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts. Serve with wheat crackers.
