SADIE'S BALLS (GREAT AND EASY) 
2 whole eggs
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Ricotta cheese, or cream cheese
1 pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk as needed
Dates, apples, bananas, other fruits as desired

Mix in blender the cheese, sugar, eggs, flour, salt and vanilla, using enough milk to make a thick batter. Peel fruit, slice into thick slices. Spoon-dip slice into batter covering piece completely. Then carefully spoon off into deep, hot vegetable oil. Remove when done and drain.
