CREAM CHEESE BARS 
2 containers Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan and pat in first package of crescent rolls. Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar, vanilla and egg yolks. Spread over crescent roll crust. Put 2nd crescent roll package over cream cheese mixture.

Beat egg whites until stiff. Spread over 2nd crescent roll crust. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until firm.
