CREAM CHEESE BARS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Grease a 9x13 pan. Spread one package of crescent rolls on the bottom of the pan to make lower crust. Beat well cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla. Spread over lower crust. Roll out the second package of crescent rolls. Place over cream cheese layer. Spread egg white over the top. Combine the brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
