SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
1 c. fresh bean sprouts
3 hard cooked eggs, diced
8 slices broiled, drained, crumbled bacon

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 med. onion, grated
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste

Toss salad ingredients with dressing just before serving.

Recipe above serves 6; can easily be doubled.
