CHOP SUEY CAKE II 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda (ample)
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour batter into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 sm. softened Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter (1/2-3/4 is enough)
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat until smooth. Frost cake while still warm.
