1 qt. chopped kraut
1 qt. chopped cabbage
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated carrots
2 tbsp. dill seed
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Red pimento, chopped for color

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
