SCALLOPED CABBAGE | |
1 head of cabbage (med. head) Cut cabbage in big pieces, boil in salt water until wilted. Drain water off. Put cabbage in buttered baking dish. In a saucepan put 3 tablespoons butter, 3 tablespoons cornstarch, 3 cups milk, dash pepper, 3/4 cups grated cheese. Heat on medium heat, cooking until thick. Pour over cabbage. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
