RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. tapioca
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 c. rhubarb, cut up

Line pie pan with pastry. Put in rhubarb mixed with above ingredients. Dot generously with butter. Bake until set in 350 degree oven. Top with meringue and return to oven to brown.
