RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
2 c. rhubarb, cut up

Mix together eggs, sugar, flour, and rhubarb. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes; 300 degrees until firm.
