1 (16 oz.) jar Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr-Swiss vegetable soup mix
1 sm. onion, minced
1 can water chestnuts, chopped; optional
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (cook as directed and drain well)

Cook and cool spinach and mix with all ingredients. Chill. Serve with chips, crackers, or raw vegetables.
